A great place to have a drink and relax to watch newtown pass you by. The milkshakes are delightful and the chai latte is simply fantastic, made fresh using spices to get that authenic full flavour. There dessert menu is also worth a look. Service can be a bit hit and miss.

The food here in this quirky, very newtownian cafe is absolutely delicious. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even that midnight snack after hitting up the clubs on King St.

Convenient location and nice, relaxed atmosphere. Particularly recommend the chai latte a special brew made in the cafe. Service can take a long time but a pleasant cafe with nice food
The ambience of the place is amazing, and is the greatest place to relax and have a cuppa. The menu is quite basic but nice, but the desserts are a cut above the rest. The sticky date pudding particularly is divine.

've only been here once but I'm not exactly pining for a second visit. The food was quite nice, my sister and I shared a tofu burger and a mediterranean melt, and the coffee was pretty good.
What let this place down was the service. I had to actually go up to the woman working behind the counter to ask for a menu and some water. Took over twenty minutes to place an order, though I suppose the order arrived relatively quickly given the previous standard. The actual waitress we had was quite nice and apologetic about taking so long/ignoring us whenever she walked past, but why don't they just put more wait staff on
