I finally joined the gym and I tell you what they couldn't make you feel more comfortable about doing so! I highly recommend to others! Such great staff too! Glad I joined!!

I had made the decision to join a gym and wanted something local. I knew about contours from driving past and found them on the web and sent an email. I had a phone call within the hour to come down for a free trial to see what I thought about the program. The 1 on 1 workout with the trainer was really fun and got me puffing. She even had me boxing. Weights and Cardi all in 29 minutes, great for a busy mum.
