Container Discounts

Unfortunately our experience with container-discounts.com is extremely poor. We paid for our container on 8 June 2021 to the banking details supplied on the invoice, only to be told that the money went to the rental account not the sales account and they could not refund it as their accounts had been frozen. It is now 28 June 2021 and we are still no closer to receiving the container which the company acknowledges receipt of payment for, but is not in the account they want it in due to an error at their end, or our money returned and have now been asked for a second payment with 'guarantee' of deliver in 24 hours. Communication has all but stopped after being given the run around constantly with no answers and complete avoidance of the situation. The company professes it is a reliable, ethical and honest family run business who is professional is in all that they do. We are yet to see any evidence of that. Understandably we are upset by this as we paid promptly in the trust that we would receive the container in the time frame promised, and promised again, which has not occurred. We would like to reach a swift resolution however to we have been unable to be put in touch with anyone with the authority to rectify the matter.
