As a teacher, Marc has always solved many simple and complex technological issues. He is a patient and knowledgeable professional and always fixes my computer mishaps - even over the phone!
He has a calm and easy going nature which helps especially when things get out of control!!!
Marc has been our Computer Specialist for a number of years and with me being a 'novice' with Information Technology, has always only been a phone call away whenever I was unsure about anything. Earlier this week my Computer was wiped of absolutely everything, photos, folders, the lot - IMAGINE how I felt!! Marc called in the next day to pick up the Hard Drive and 3 days later returned having built a completely new one.
The best news of course was that my 'miracle' computer man had also been able to recovery EVERYTHING that had been lost. Thank you Marc for your diligence and commitment.
