initial setup took ages. charged for time not connected yet. attempted to charge for tec to come out which he didnt charge them anyway. had to use ombudsman to fix problems. charge $1.80 for every method of payment except visa.(even direct payment to their account). they are crooks. STAY AWAY. i am now stuck in 12 month contract but wont go back.
