I stupidly washed my iPhone along with all my bedding and then realised I'd lost some precious photos of my Dad and our years of text messages. I rang the guys who told me how much it could cost if they were successful in retrieving the data. I took the phone in on Monday, Brett called me on Tuesday to say they'd retrieved all the data I wanted and what the total cost would be.
I collected the phone on Wednesday and all my photos, videos and messages were on discs for me.
Great service from friendly, helpful and patient staff.
I'd definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Exceptional. We had an issue with a laptop. We dropped it off and they called in less than two hours to say it was fixed and we could pick it up. We'll definitely use them again if we have a computer issue.

Computer Mechanics (Brett- very helpful) Replaced my motherboard in my Toshiba P740 laptop. Dropped it off Friday afternoon and picked it up a couple of hours later!

Every Uni students worst nightmare - A final exam on Monday and the Thursday night before i turned my laptop on & it has sound but a blank screen. AArgh how am i going to study??Working the next day and everything is on my laptop, i admit i saved some to a usb but no point if you can't access it. Brett was fantastic, I had it couried there in the morning; he fixed it (dismantle & reset lcd cable connection) and couried back to my work by 3pm in time for a marathon of weekend studying. Excellent customer service, great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
These guys were great. Gave them my tablet to fix and within a few hours I got a phone call to say it was fixed, come pick it up. I thought i was going to have to buy a new one, but not now!

It thought my laptop was on it's way out, these guides listened to the issues I was having, tested and assessed my laptop finding there were some corrupt files. After cleaning up my laptop and removing corrupt files from my Outlook and hard drive it's working better than ever. The guys ring you before going ahead with anything explaining both the process and the issues. Totally recommend them.

Recovery of data from failing computer hard drive and installed data onto an external disk, but extra help was given to locate specific files and make a seperate copy for immediate use. Appreciated their ability to discuss the problem with Brett and what options I had to get out of my delimma. Good operators.

Brett and Michael did a fantastic job of repairing my Toshiba notebook. It just stopped working and wouldn't boot up. Within half an hour, Brett was phoning saying it was all good and pick it up anytime. When I did pick it up, I asked for some help with syncing my phone to a new email address. Michael and Brett worked for about 20 minutes to get it all sorted - I was so glad I asked them to do it - there is no way I would have been able to do what they did. And there was no extra costing for this extra assistance, just the original 'inspection fee'. Thanks, Brett and Michael. I'll tell anyone who has an IT problem to come to you.

The price was the same as the manufacture had quoted me but without having to send the unit to Sydney and wait for weeks for it to be returned.
If I have anymore computer service issues I will go straight to Computer Mechanics.
I had a cracked laptop screen replaced with a second hand one. They were much cheaper than other companies I got quotes from, could complete the work in under an hour (as opposed to a week at other places) and didn't treat me like a computer illiterate! Most of the other companies wanted to charge me $75-90 to diagnose an obvious problem (cracked screen) and couldn't even give me a ball-park quote over the phone. Computer Mechanics were very helpful, friendly and down to earth and I will definitely go back with our next computer problem!

I had an encrypted virus in my computer and it was bad.
Brett & Michael were fantastic and in no time they had my computer back working properly even tho I had lost some data due to the nature of this terrible virus. I absolutely recommend them for their professional and friendly advise. The bill was very reasonable as well

They did a reasonable job on my computer. It got fixed and hasn't had any problems since. There price was just average or maybe a bit below. I would recommend them to anyone looking but not shopping around.
