Not happy as We asked for the darkest legal tint as the car is for our p plate son and they put illegal tint on.

Got stuffed around by the big national mob suggested by my insurer. Kicked them into touch and contacted Complete Windscreens, one phone call and everything went like clockwork, they didn't even want any money from me in the end and claimed direct off my insurer. Good job, friendly and helpful staff all sorted within a day. Couldn't expect any better.
Great service, friendly staff, eagerness to help and customise to suit my needs. Best price out there but being an insurance job I definitely didn’t go there because of price. It was definitely their eagerness to help.

I would not recommend this business. Quality of work and customer service are both terrible. I had a windscreen replaced that took twice as long as what was quoted and 400g of glass was left through the car. I complained and in their response they; published some of my personal details, blamed me for the extra time taken and lied about the standard of service. This place was by far thee cheapest when i got my quote but you get what you pay for unfortunately.

When advised that the glass was ready, only 1 side was done.
When asked why only one side was done, they said thats what we negotiated, and that I had to pay the whole amount now and take the glass or leave the glass and it would be another $180 for the other side....... Out of pure frustration I paid and took the glass,,,,,, never to return [redacted inflammatory comment]:::::: now you might think that I was mistaken at the time of quote--- definately not as I also had another windscreen completed at the same time which was $180 for both sides..... the only reason they wanted more was because it was Monaro Glass

I would NOT recommend this business at all. Cheap yes, quality- no! They get in & get it done- but slap dash, no care taken & then take no responsibility when questioned about faults caused by THEM!! And even point the finger back at the customer with untrue accusations- save yourself the stress & deal with a more reputable organisation :(
Had them do tinting on 2 front windows on my new Subaru. Did an excellent job at a very reasonable price (especially compared to the crazy scary price quoted by the dealer!).
Business on Main North Rd looks a bit ordinary but staff are very capable. Only took 1 hour.

After having a quote from another place, this place came to my house when they said they would, fixed two small cracks in my windscreen, were very informative and it cost less than they said. What more can I ask for, thank goodness I shopped around.

I had my car windows tinted a couple months ago. I thought they did a great job. They only needed my car for a couple of hours and the price was extremely competitive. Customer service could have been better, not the friendliest and most welcoming of businesses, but they provided a great service. Very happy with the job.

not a very good work by them.had a crack in my windscreen..took hours to fix the simple problem.just an OK business
Weren't friendly, did a below average job of the tinting, car door trim on the inside was wet all over with cleaning agents/water including door handle (electornic) and speaker, bits of tint clippings stuck to the windows, door seal damaged, bits of dirt underneath the film, smear marks on the glass underneath the film. Refused to look at the issues after it was brought to their attention, and in the end said to f**k off.
