Complete Timber Flooring

The main owner and sole trader of this business is Sean Manassa, who continues to issue quotations under the deregistered identity as of 26 June 2022 "Proex Floor Sanding".
Sean Manassa and his associate, Ainsley Manassa, are issuing quotations for floor sanding and polishing. They request a 50 percent deposit to secure a service date. Proex Floor Sanding and the currently registered Complete Timber Flooring, have never been registered for GST. Despite this, their quoted prices include a GST component to be paid by clients.
Not only do they fail to provide any services, but they also refuse to refund the initial 50 percent deposit inclusive of GST.
Following this fraudulent activity by the pair, I discovered numerous complaints on social media about Proex Floor Sanding. This company needs to be investigated and stopped from causing further harm to innocent people.

I would not recommend using this business, the quality of work is well below expected, our floors unfortunately bear the evidence. The other trades even commented on how poorly the boards had been cut. These boards were reused despite being cracked and not fitting back together well, which has left big cracks where the poor quality filler they have used has cracked! We can see sunlight through these cracks. Some floorboards are not attached to the adjacent floorboards. The business made multiple unlikely excuses, however, I certainly would not trust them to repair the damage they have done. Communication was hit and miss, in particular about what sealant they would use. Business claims he discussed it - I know he didn't as their is no way I would have agreed to pungent oil based fumes when I have a toddler. I don't usually write reviews, however I am walking on the poor quality floors everyday.

Sean and the team at Complete Timber Flooring were a pleasure to deal with. From quotation through to completion Sean was entirely reliable. He fitted around my time frame and was professional and helpful.
My original Tasmanian oak floors had been covered with carpet for decades and Sean brought them to life. His advice to go with water -based coatings meant that the natural beauty of the old floors shone through.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with in every way.
He was proactive with communication, always arrived when he said he would, respectful of our household needs ( around old dogs) as well as being a hard and thorough worker. He was also extremely good at tidying up. We are delighted with all of his work.....which was no mean feat as the job turned out to be more complicated than what we all initially thought. Complete restoration of baltic pine flooring throughout ground floor of our home. Sean was professional, thorough and conscientious. He even agreed to work through the weekend so the job could fit into our tight renovation schedule.

Sean had to remove the existing polyurethane coating of our timber ballroom dancing hall floor and replace it with an oil finish. The floor had to be sanded back, oil brushed on and then buffed and polished. The work was completed in half the time even though we lost power for over 24 hours due to a thunderstorm. Sean stayed the whole day waiting for the power to be turned on.
Sean was fantastic to deal with, always returned my phone calls if I needed to get in touch with him. We highly recommend him, he did an excellent job.

Wonderful Sean arrived on time, pulled up the carpet gripper rods for us, sanded and varnished the floor and completed the job in under 2 days. The whole experience was painless, organised and thorough. The finished floor was fantastic, our friends love the result too and we are now considering which floor to renovate next. We would whole heartedly recommend Sean to anyone wanting a tough job done quickly and efficiently! We have 2 kids and a dog, none of whom were inconvenienced in the slightest!

Job was to repair several floorboards in my home then to sand back all our timber floors and re varnish. This was a big job seeing that the whole house virtually is timber flooring apart from a few rooms.
