Just had septoplasty, turbinate reduction and bony growth removed and couldn’t be happier with how comfortable and easy Dr Hanson made the entire process. I’m a healthcare professional and was super anxious about having surgery but would do it 100 times over after such an excellent experience. After trying to get an appt on the GC close to home, I ventured to Brisbane to see Dr Hanson as waiting 5 months was just not possible with the pain I was suffering. I saw Marty and he was the first ENT out of the total of 3 I’ve seen who actually looked at and inside my nose to diagnose the problem instead of sending me away advising it was TMJ/Oral issues causing my sinus problems. I found him to be very thoughtful, friendly and easy to get along with who explained all the medical jargon so I knew exactly what was going on. We got a surgery date booked after some at home treatment didn’t work. Dr Hanson’s work and experience is wonderful and I am so glad I went to see him. I feel that sometimes our concerns as patients get swept aside but Marty knows exactly what he is doing and talking about and and I am very excited for my future years of experiencing significantly less sinus issues and spending more time with my young family, because of him! Thank you Marty, truly from the bottom of my heart you have changed my life by listening to me and getting me a procedure that I needed for many years. I also wanted to thank the team at Complete ENT reception who were so lovely when calling and following up with me!

Maybe Dr Hanson runs an hour late because he is thorough and cares.
I'd rather wait 4 hours if I had to to see a good surgeon, he deals with very complex cases.
I don't think running late is a problem, maybe running early would be more of a concern to me.
I found Dr Hanson thorough and very kind.
He showed concern , care and was respectful.
I really like his manner he is very easy to talk to.
