Very rude. Very pushy. Doesn’t take no for an answer. His services are very over priced. When you tell him you will call him when you need his services he just shows up unannounced anyway. Being forced to use his services. Biggest mistake giving in to his business.

The man was pushy and rude from the start, ringing at inappropriate times and coming round to our house late at night without permission or acknowledgement via phone call or text. He would often come earlier than invoice suggested. He added figures onto invoices without reason and got to the point of threatening when we didn't pay for a couple of months because we were going through financial hardship. The service was not worth the grief we went through abd would not recommend at all.
I would never recommend this service. The person is rude and nasty and hangs up on you when you ring and try to get the bag emptied. Prices continually increase with poor service.
My advice is to steer well clear of this business at all costs
On the positive side, they arrived on the days they said they would. But they also charged $27 to take away an empty bag when I stopped wanting to use them. I paid it, as it seemed a good price for not having to deal with them anymore.
Don't use them unless you will fill the bale every month. Customer service was nit great. Other companies do it for less and won't talk down to you.
