Initially the advise and work on the tax return was good but the decline began with a letter from the accountant stating that I would receive a tax refund when, in reality I had to pay the amount stated to be refunded. There was no apology coming from the accountant.
The PAYG statement from the tax office was a new issue, never heard of it. Several e-mails went back and forth without her assisting me in clarifying the matter indeed keeping the matter ever more confusing. I received finally an answer from the tax office. I am still, after 3 e-mails requesting the return of papers not with those papers. I will never use her services again. IO also received a snide letter from her about me not willing to pay GST which, in the end I found out, refers not to GST but other payments. She didn't bother to inform me of my mistake. A most unpleasant experience.
So fabulous, can't rate them highly enough - we had such a bad experience with the last ones and these guys were informative, helpful, sorted everything out that was needed and it was a lovely change - highly recommend
