First time and absolute last time! Waste of time and money.
Reusing tools on customers no sanitisation, no customer service, no general decency in general!
I have what can only be described as duck bill nails!! $85.00 and I cannot wait to have them removed.
I came in with Biab nails and needed a refresh as my amazing nail tech is away, I was advised all nails lifting must go but can only have Acylic!!
She then proceeded to rip off my nails with a sharp letter opener and spare tip! Gross.
She then decided it was to hard to remove gel from previous set and attached new acrylic tips straight on top of old gel layer.
When questioned that the nail had not been prepped properly she then proceeded to aggressively talk to the lady next to her and point at me!!
Mia if you get this feedback do better! You were rude from the get go. You accepted another individual interrupting our appointment to get in next. you then proceeded to rush my nails keeping an eye on other lady waiting on you. My appointment came first stick to the task at hand and service me before worrying about someone else.
You then abandoned my appointment took your rude lady who interrupted us and had someone else finish your already poor job!!
I work in this particular area and get compliments on my previous nails all the time, word of mouth is huge for business and I will not be directing anyone your way.

Today was my first time in having my nails done on the Brisbane east, well today was my day to get the most glamorous orange tips nail I’ve ever had in most of the Brisbane nail salons around and they are and feel thick ;)
Couldn’t be any happier with my service the young gentlemen I’ve had to today I highly recommend, thanks #brisbanebesthairdressing
I'm seriously fussy and can assure you that they do a fabulous job. I'm confused about some of the ratings but since Amy (the owner) took over and starting working there full time - the service and quality of nails is great. She teaches her team well, checks the standard to ensure she's happy. I am a picker and find if I don't go to Colour nails at Wynnum, I literally break my nails within a few days and need to get them done weekly.
They offer you coffee/tea and know you by name. Amy and her team are friendly and great at what they do. I would highly recommend.
I’ve been going to this place for years and every time it gets worse. Yesterday I went for the last time. I had 2 different girls working on me so they didn’t know who had done what so the service was incomplete. The staff were all chatting and giggling amongst themselves and at times I felt it was me or other clients they were talking and laughing about. Extremely rude!!! I will try somewhere new next time.

Had my mani/pedi done there a few times..the result depends on who does it..the last girl who did my nails kept knicking my skin with the electric file..ow!! But the other girls were great, with attention to detail a priority

Worst pedicure I have every had. The nail technician was chewing gum loudly throughly the pedicure. She was talking very loudly to her colleagues for the entire time. She spent more time looking at the people she was talking too than my feet. When she was buffing/filing my nails she wasn't watching so the file didn't even touch my nail essentially my toes got buffed. There was still my old nail polish on my toes when she painting the new colour on. A horrible experience would have rather not had a pedicure at all.
Approximate cost: $32
got a manicure and 8 days later and chipping already first time this has happened really not happy.
Can they re-do your nails?
I get a pedicure here every fortnight. The value is good and the result is always excellent. The only complaint that I have is that the nail technicians all speak in Vietnamese amongst themselves, which seems slightly rude. The other downside is the lack of EFTPOS, but this is the only nail place I go to.
