Recently transformed from Bilo to Coles and disappoints. Parking is meagre. Store design is cramped and aisles difficult to manouevre. Could be cleaner.

Items that I expect to get not on hand. Staff seem harassed.

Parking very tight - accident waiting to happen on entry from Bulla Road.
