Had a very bad experience, with the way customer's are treated in this particular store.l was waiting at the service desk when the employee instead of asking who was next overlooked the black gentleman and went straight to another customer who politely informed her that the man was next ,he commented that it was only common manners to ask who's next, and l spoke up to agree and that it had happened to me at another store. But instead of apologising she just acted like she hadn't done anything wrong and she didn't know what we were going on about. That was when the man asked to speak to the manager, that was when it got ridiculous he came out accusing us of bullying the staff member because she had turned on the water works he had no interest in our point of view at all basically telling us if we didn't like it to leave.ln our defence no one raised there voice or used unexceptionable words as l understood it the service desk is there to help there customers and also listen to feedback but obviously they only want your money and not in a good experience for there shoppers.All that was needed was for the employee to apologise in the first instance and every thing would have been fine but she wouldn't admit to being wrong.

I know this is a small store, but it was surprising how few lines they stock. I went to buy 3 items a few days ago, and had to compromise on 2 of them. Have had bad experience in the past with deli meat I've bought also, as I think their turnover of fresh food is slow. Very convenient on Sunday though when you want to pick up a few things to have for lunch across the road and enjoy the beautiful Redcliffe foreshore.
