When purchasing my groceries, the staff member noticed that the easter egg I was buying had a little tear in the foil which I had not noticed. Instead of saying nothing and selling it to me (which most staff would do) she pointed it out to me and asked if I wanted another one, and then got another staff member to run back up the aisle to get the replacement one for me.Very helpful when I was shopping with my baby!

The store is very clean the staff are very helpful the checkout's are quick. I was very inpressed on how smoothly they run there shop, overall very good.

The best thing about Coles Nerang is that it is never too crowded and it is a nice comfortable shop. Always lots of specials, has everything I need and I always shop here for groceries.
I was at the cigarette counter with a friend and the guy who served us was really polite and poper and very precise. After the transaction we looked at each other stunned. I don't remember ever walking away from a supermarket amazed at the service. Good on him.
