Although this is quite a large store, it always seems very busy with so many customers the lines are long and the wait for service gets quite painful!
The self service lines are amazingly long and the self service checkouts are continuously messing up prices and jamming, requiring constant customer service help.
The checkout lines are long and the checkout service operators rarely have a smile.

Not a bad store, they basically stock most things you'd need off your shopping list and a few specialty items to boot.

I went here for the first time recently and it is a great supermarket. The layout is good and it is a large coles with good stock. Coles in general has reduced stock lines and now have more of their own brands which I don't like however.
I love the new layout in the deli and fruit/veg section it makes the store much better to shop at. Staff are very friendly which makes it nice to shop there with my daughter
great layout. Quite a big store too. But the staff wasn't very polite. I was at the cashier and the staff packed an ice cream and a loaf of bread in the same plastic bag. I then unpacked the loaf of bread to another bag and he looked at me in a disapproving manner.

Great store. Very big, lots of products and easily laid out to find anything. Lots of staff always on board, particularly in the aisles. Staff are friendly as well.
I was charged incorrectly for an item, gave them a call, got the confirmation of the incorrect pricing, took it back, spoke to Maria at the service desk, she comes back telling me I wasn't overcharged (despite the confirmation over the phone). I go to where my item was located, special price tag has been moved!! she gets all nervous when i mention security cameras, i make a formal complain, receive nothing. Coles moonee ponds staff are sly, don't take your money there. I haven't been back to any coles since then.
