had a weird experience in this shop,i asked staff where a product was and no one seemed to know-the girl i spoke to called over the person that was working there and asked her.And the lady she asked seemed bothered and irritable?I told her not to worry about it and walked out the store and went to another store and purchased the item i had been looking for?great customer service?ha yeh right?
Minto -Coles is cheap I feel,I got the Milk Powder for my baby & I felt it was very cheap.U get some deals too.I went to see the rate & got 2 tins,b'coz it was cheap.
Products are cheaper, which is a plus. Though I find some of the employees rude and unhelpful. The don't supply trolleys with baby capsules. Though they always have great specials on.
Dirty old shop that has dwindelling stock ,horrible place to do main weekly grocery shopping in. Never have what you're looking for anyway. Very limited in variety.

It is convenient because they are my local shops
I have shopped at Coles Minto Mall for years untill I recently has a baby and found they do not supply a shopping trolley with a baby capsule.
The products are cheaper than any other Coles or major supermarket in my area but the variety isnt that great.
Another bonus is there is always a parking spot available close to the doors.
