I will never go back to this store I have worked for Coles and have never come across the worst customer service safe they are rude and make you feel like you have done something wrong, was going through self service about to put my heavy item through first and the lady refused for me to do it my self but did not do it to anyone else I was made to feel like she thought I was about to shoplift which I wasn’t and then when I went to the counter the girl at the counter was just as rude and yelled at me and accused me of having a go at her and all I wanted to do was to tell her I was made to feel like I was in the wrong, so I left the store and called the number it took forever for someone to answer and when they did I asked to speak to the store manager and they hung up on me so I called back and then no answer, I have never been treated this way from any other Coles apart from this one I really think they should check on there customer service skills and management as it’s the worst I’ve ever come across
Service: General supermarket
Coles always have great helpful staff...also very reasonable prices and great products .. I would recommend this business to everyone .. All in all a great place to shop
I always go to this coles for my grecery shopping. Lots of selections and special prices. Fruits& Veges are always fresh and cheaper than other places. Their indian curries are also worth to try - good value for money.
Approximate cost: $various
In this supermarket chain Coles was great the product available were easy to reach and the fruit and veges were amazing nice and ripe. The staff were friendly an it was an enjoyable experience. I will come back again
I love it here, it's very clean and the shelves being lower than other supermarket chains, makes it easier to find and reach stuff. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it never seems cramped unlike other supermarket food chains.
As is the case with most of the Coles stores, the prices could be improved but the product range is impressive. This is a large recently renovated store with great display of always fresh fruits and veggies, big deli, bakery and great meat selection. Always very well presented. It's a pleasure to shop there.
It was so organised and clean, tidy and all products were well presented. Easy to find all products I wanted to purchase. Didnt feel cramped and over crowed because everything was spaced out really well.
