Coles

Just on a year of living in the area & the third time I have had to throw away chilled/frozen product. This time a roast that had gassed up the packaging really badly even though it had been put in the freezer when getting home (Home is less than 5 minutes from the store). Last time I took something back that was off I was told it was perfectly ok when they sold it to me. It had been refrigerated as per instructions & there was another 14 days until the best before date. I was also told they did not know how I have stored it before returning it. Likewise I did not know how it was kept & processed into the stock, I suspect something lacking instore. I think time to change stores, lots of options locally. Very disappointed as a local customer, a long term Coles shopper & a share holder.

Some of the staff are a bit rude, losing a few good items which makes me have to go to Woolworths for. shop could kept a little bit more organized. the main thing keeps me shopping here is flybuy points.

If we are not shopping at Aldi, we will shop here, I love the New Look of Coles, The Self Service can be a little painful, but that's just me, I like the Old Fashioned chat to the Check out People, You can basically buy whatever you need here, Staff are always friendly, The Fruit is very Good here. But at the end of the Day its the Service, that's why I give it 5 Stars all the Way. Your Safe, and Feel Safe, Good Carpark downstairs, but it can get busy. But its Handy. Good On You Coles. Signage in aisles is a lot better then it used to be. Can find products easier. I would suggest however that the baking goods area is in an awkward place near baby clothes and should be positioned elsewhere.

Not long ago, they upgraded their self service checkouts and area. It was a big improvement. I often drop in on my way to other places, and can usually find what I need quite easily. I do think they should have a bit more variety in some of their fresh pizza styles though. They're good value @ $3, but only have 2 varieties. The food is always good quality and fresh. Parking can be a hassle though if you park close to Hungry Jacks side.

Staff are always happy to help a customer in need and always friendly, serving the public with a big smile on their face. Whick makes my shopping experiance a plesent one. Close to my home and easy to get to.

I went there today got through the checkout pretty quick i only had 3 items and i didn't use express because the other checkouts were moving quicker than the express lane.

I'm so dissapointed in this Coles. Why did they have to bring in the clothes? They have lost so many lines now that it's just not worth shopping there anymore. The staff are always nice but you just can't get anything good anymore. Thumbs down

This is a great supermarket with many product lines. They have agreat bakery section too. I often go here after I get a catalogue. Great specials and even some in-store specials they don't advertise. Goo checkout people, and a self-service system I love!
