Coles

We are in quarantine for COVID. There was a mix-up with our online order placed on Monday for the earliest delivery on Saturday afternoon. An email at 2:15 pm advised it was packaged ready to go. And then an email at 3:10 pm said it was cancelled. Customer Care was useless but a call to Kenmore confirmed they had our order and then when the 3rd party delivery person did not turn up, Jade the manager brought it to us himself. Thank you Jade and thank you to the other staff at Kenmore for their help. We get dinner tonight!

The NEW Coles!! The store has been completely refurbished and has a fantastic deli as well as fruit and veg section. One thing not many people know is that Coles has a wonderful international food section where you can find all sorts of great food from other countries

Mostly friendly staff. Fast check out service. Only to happy to process rain checks when possible. Very clean store. Items marked down when getting close to expiry date. Plenty of trolleys and hand baskets.
