Customer service has room for improvement. Long waits at the checkouts, seems like there isn't much organisational skills
Good supermarket with many items to choose from, unusual products too, would come again soon and buy big
i HATE going to this Coles but as it is the closest one to my house i do. The produce in the fruit and veg section is hardly ever fresh! and the range of food pathetic (what supermarket doesn't have sweet potato?) Between 9:00am and 11:00pm the store is over crowded with rude shoppers and if you happen to be there on a Friday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm you can expect a 10 minute wait at the check out.

Not the best place to do your weekly shop, overcrowded, and the shelves are never full. Also, it is a small store so a full range is not stocked. Mainly just pop in to get odds and ends
Very busy all the time and gets quite cramped especially when you're trying to maneuver a shopping trolley around and trying to squeeze past the long line of customers queuing up to pay at the register.
Legend has it that this sore is the third busiest in Australia. I have no doubt that this is true. It does not matter what time you go there it is still busy. I have been there at 2am and it is still hectic. Many of the staff are very nice but disorganised. They always have a smile though and try to be helpful.
