Nice store, convenient location, good parking nearby and has everything you need. I shop at this store often on my way home from work
Absolutely pathetic the customer service is apauling! The last few mornings I have been here they could not be bothered does it hurt to smile I will never return to this store I honestly can't believe how people get hired when they can be so rude and unfriendly
not the biggest coles, but the people are pretty nice, with a shop so big it can be hit and miss if you get a nice person or not though, but i usually get a nice person. lots of parking, you may have to walk but thats ok.
I have been to this Coles a couple of times whilst shopping in Boronia. The store seems to be a very busy one with plenty of parking in the shopping centre.
The aisle of the supermarket are nice and wide which allows less congestion.
The freezer section is dirty and there is old food crumbs in the bottom of the freezer, it doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while.
Staff are helpful - parking is ample and undercover - prices are far better than woolworths. Pricing on store brands is great - specials are great.
The bakery produce is second to none. A top quality spread of breads and treats. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help locate items. One of the friendliest supermarkets i've visited.
