I love shopping at Coles! the prices are fare! Lots of different variety of same products & friendly service! I also love the new self service check-outs they they are awesome so covenant &.fun! :-)

Coles is located right in the middle of town, great location.

I can walk to Coles from home, or park my car there for free & visit other shops as well. Coles has recently had enormous renovations & is better than ever. They cut meat for you from the deli so that it is fresh. You can smell the fish in containers, (not always so nice!), but it gives a market like atmosphere. Good place to go, very friendly service.
Lack of staff can be a problem and with minimal to no parking available, it can be a challenge going in and out. They have a good range and have single unit or serves for those who just stop in for lunch over a break, they have self serve checkouts as well as staffed ones and the self serves are less loud and more encouraging for those who use them, these are better than the big W and Safeway ones.

Cole's Bendigo, large supermarket but not much to offer , the smaller coles at lansell plaza kangaroo flat has nicer staff and more helpful. It is a busy store with a small car park considering it's in town location. Being large should offer more in the baking department and as coles is part kmart perhaps incorporate some non food items . Parking really is a turnoff for this supermarket

The meats a bit pricey but that still doesn't stop me buying it when i need it. The place is clean and well set out. It's lacking a self service area as it can get busy when you only run it for 1 or 2 things. But there are always a counter open which is good.
