I don't usually condone the Big Two Supermarkets however the Coles in Haynes is amazing. From its ever so clean shop and beautiful trollies (never a wheel out of place) to its great deli it is a delite to shop here. But thats not why i am so impressed, everytime they have not had something on the shelf i have needed staff have gone out of there way to help and if they couldn't they have given me a voucher. I don't even have to say anything some staff have approached me an asked if they could help. I hate shopping however this shop has made me enjoy my weekly shop. Keep up the good work Coles should be proud of its staff work ethics.
dont go expecting miracles, cause you wont find any here. just a standard, typical local coles supermarket... pretty shabby interior.
Good customer service at checkout and deli. Staff always polite and friendly. Good place to shop.
Not too bad much of the time but often run out of products requiring the buyer to make another trip.
It is a good supermarket to shop, Staff are helpful and always cheerful. The store is bright with lots of variety on the shelf to choose from, the price is right and has discounts. I like shopping at this store, make it easier to get all the items in one store
smaller coles, but stock a reasonably large wide range of products ranging from everyday essentials to foreign and exotic foods including asian and indian herbs and spices
Love shopping at this store...I love the specials, shelves are always full of stock and I can do my shopping and get out quick without having to line up in massive queues. This is a community shopping centre with a community feel and it's great.
Coles are a well-priced supermarket option. The selection of goods is quite good - you can nearly always get what you want. I find the fruit and beg a bit over-priced though.
Fruits and vegies were quite fresh and had a good selection. The dairy section had a huge range of items.I buy alot of yoghurt and they sell all of the flavours.I always find what i need in this store.staff were very helpful
Was good. i went and got some fruits, vegie and bread adnd a,long list from wife which was fullfilled by buying most of what she needed.

Great shop away from the bigs shops, so if its just the supermaket stuff you are after. Great shop to pick it up. Do my shopping at this store all the time. has same small stores around it.

It has a great range of products, always neat and tidy and lots of specials. The food is always fresh and of good quality. I find the staff a bit lacking in customer service skills though.

Nice fresh food, clean store great mark downs, always have pleanty of trolleys. Sales assistants always ready to help you find what you are after, very nice place to shop
