Attended this business on a Monday to look at their showroom. Armed with our house plan, we spoke to a salesperson and requested a quote on replacing our old kitchen. We selected the cabinet and bench top materials. We were promised a quote in 3-4 days. 10 days later we rang to see how it was going and were told "oh they were very busy it will be Monday next week" We rang again on the Wednesday (16th day) and was told that a different sales person was handling that now and "I don't think they hada done anything with it yet". Consequently we emailed them requesting that they cancel our request for a quote as their customer service was extremely poor and we were afraid their standards for customer service and build quality may be similar.
