Have been a regular for a while now coco noir have definitely improved more and more bubbly staff Amazing coffee and Delicious food. Couldn't recommend enough! The most appalling disgusting over the counter customer service we have ever experienced at any cafe in Sydney and we have been to plenty of them to recognise the difference between professional and pleasant customer service to what we've experienced today at Coco Noir Eastgardens. The woman who served me was outright rude, unprofessional, extremely unpleasant, arrogant, unfriendly and obnoxious. And on top of being treated like [redacted due to offensive language] by the staff the coffee was absolutely disgusting! I will NEVER go back there again and will recommend anyone to go to any other cafe rather than this one. In order for this business to survive, the owner should be present at all times to oversee staff and their interactions with the customers
