Unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about this business. Not only did they take 3 days to dry clean 3 items when their ads say same day, but they also had one of our items on urgent request and told me to come back on the 31st to pick up the garment. I get there on the 31st only to be told it still isn't ready and wont be ready for another 4 hours! I was told to come back at 4pm to collect. As this wasn't going to be convenient I specifically asked them if we could come back before they shut at 5.30pm. Being the 31st December I wanted to double check they weren't going to close earlier than the advertised 5.30pm (their normal shutting time), I was informed that they were staying open until 5.30pm. We arrived at 5.13pm only to find the place totally shut. I didn't have my urgent garment which was being used the next day and I wasn't even given a courtesy call during the afternoon to say we have decided to shut early can you please get here by 5pm. To top off this appalling service, I then receive my brand new white jacket (worn twice) back with a bright pink stain on the back from their machines. I received a feeble, pathetic apology and offered no compensation! Paid the bill in full including the urgent garment that was no longer needed. Utterly disappointed in the service provided and wont be returning. Whether you are a frequent visitor to the area or a resident, whether it is high season or low season the service should always remain of a high standard and dry cleaners take your mobile number for a reason, I suggest next time - use it! Disappointed!
