CND Computers

I've used CND online shop to buy CPU. I ordered one, paid for that but haven't received yet (3 weeks already) despite web clearly indicated stock. My attempt to find out what is happening failed. Online order status seems to be frozen. They answer neither online inquiry nor "live help" which is always offline. Whenever I call the only number provided, "the man responsible is not there or item has been already shipped (everytime it is the day before call = everytime different day) and I should be getting it soon". I am looking forward to see my ordered CPU or money but something is telling me it won't be easy.

Approximate cost: $180AUD

One of the only internet cafe's around the area. PC's are slightly outdated, though value is good. PC's seem to be dying and causing problems all the time, and it can get quite hot in the cafe. Quality of service depended greatly on who was serving.
