He sorted out her iPhone to change the account recovery to my phone instead of my deceased fathers which being an Androiduser I had no idea how to . He did it quickly and was polite and friendly. I have a couple of issues with my Mac Air - not so much the problem of the machine but of my ancient brain - each time Theo has guided me to resolving the issues with patience and efficiency. Batemans Bay is lucky to have such a splendid business in town.

I bought a refurbished apple MacBook from here in July last year. I put it on layby and was very excited to get it out. I’m very happy with my laptop. It had been running slow, so I took it back in and asked for help. They kept it over night and ran some tests and updates on it. They did not charge me for this. It is still running a bit slow but I can take it back again. They also helped me out with my iPhone and saved me from having to lose everything and send it away. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
