Clock Tower Cafe

Decided to pop in for some lunch and ordered a chicken parmigiana and a hot chocolate to dine in. I sat down and my meal was served within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the speedy service and the presentation of the meal. Unfortunately I never received my hot chocolate (I had waited 40 minutes) so I had questioned a staff member as she was walking past. She replied s#*t I forgot all about it. Would you like a refund or would you like me to make it for you right now?" I said I am happy to wait. My hot chocolate was served within 3 minutes and my money was also refunded. There is certainly room for improvement but the fact that they had apologised and rectified the problem I would definately go back and give them another go.
