Rang three times in two days to reschedule times for appointment. Then came for a quote and turned up early in the morning 50 mins before scheduled time and banged down the door until we woke up and answered it. Then got annoyed that we asked him to wait 10 minutes until we were dressed!!! Very aggressive and rude and then when I explained he had the times wrong he said my wife makes the times and doesn't make mistakes. After his very aggessive attitude I rang to complain to his "wife/office person" who was also rude and just laughed and said I'm busy.
