I was sent a box containing faulty contact lenses (i.e. they do not match the prescription). The company offered a $20 discount on a future order - not even close to the value of the box! No apologies, I have wasted hours on the phone to them trying to organise to send the rest of the box back for a refund.
Not a trustworthy company to deal with. Your consumer rights are completely ignored

The best way to top up your contacts! I use these guys every time. Great prices for the products I use, I would pay nearly double to buy the exact same thing in Town.

I took advantage of an offer they had online last year where you could get a pair of glasses totally free! I ordered my pair, entered my prescription details and a few days later I received my order in the mail - all I had to pay was shipping! They also included a variety of vouchers in my order and I got a free case and lens cleaner plus a free mini screwdriver keying which is really handy for adjusting glasses out and about! I haven't bought anything from them since but they did provide excellent service and great deals!

Ordered contacts online, fantastic price, delivery was delayed and never update me that items weren't in stock. Once I advised them of the delay they were very quick to rectify the situation and refund money for the disruption.

Great online retailer for contact lenses, eye glasses and sunglasses. The prices are much lower than what you would pay in-store with authenticity guaranteed.
They usually have a "Get your first pair of glasses free" if you subscribe to their email which is great. It includes the standard lenses though so you do have to pay for the lenses etc but the frames are definitely free and still work out much cheaper.
Shipping and delivery is prompt and they send out emails updating you about each step in the process!
