I wish all businesses were like this. I needed next-day service as we're having a party and the couch was a little doggy-smelled out. I had a 10:30am appointment. The owner, called at 9;30am to let me know they were on the way and they showed up exactly at the appointment time.

The carpet had a stain (old) which this company was able to remove, unlike the previous carpet cleaning company.

We have been using them for five years and would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are knowledgeable, professional and above all - they do great work. We use them to clean all of the carpets and furniture in our house.
