mona has been grooming my two labradoodles their entire life, i would not trust their clips to anyone else. in an area loaded with dog grooming facilities i prefer to drive to doncaster where i am assured precision haircuts, loving service delivered every single time. the boys are handled with affection. i recommend this business and have recommended this business since its inception. mona conducts herself in a professional manner always maintaining her true love for the industry. before i got ziggy and scooter, mona was grooming my old boy jack for years ..he was not the easiest lil guy with his hate for people touching his feet but mona always showed kindness and love towards the grumpy 17 year old ...he secretly loved her too.
Terribly disappointed. Made an appointment a week in advance and visited the office as directed and they did not show up. 2 cars in the driveway, no answering the door. Phone calls left unanswered and no sign of anyone attending the appointment. 1/2 day off work wasted and my time wasted.

There seems to be some confusion with your appointment time. You have a medium sized dog which i don't take later than 2pm. Which is what time i had down for your dog. I happily waited until 2.40, this situation was a misunderstanding rather than bad intention.
Mona was so good with our dog. She is 7 and in all those years we have used many groomers and this was by far the best groom, as an added bonus it was very reasonably priced! A+++
