Hi - I wish to say a BIG thank you for the excellent services that were delivered by Adam, Jill, Shaun and Jason at the funeral services of a family friend recently.
From the first call we made and spoke to Adam, the decision was made to go with Classic funerals.
Adam displayed great compassion and understanding in the telephone conversation. Before we knew it Jill was onsite and assisted the family with such kindness, care and understanding.
She took all the worries away from the family from organising the church, funeral preparation and cemetery.
Jill’s professionalism is an asset to the Classic funeral family.
Shaun and Jason displayed great compassion and sympathy from the time we met them.
The journey that our family friend made from the parlour to the church and the cemetery in their care was impeccable.

Thank you Larry for the beautiful service that you arranged for my brother Butch. Thank you for your patience and flexibility. Even though we did not know you , we felt the warmth from your heart. Three of us decided not to have Butch viewed to extended members of the family due to the way the disease had taken his youth and looks away. I myself was very pleased with his appearance at the viewing after seeing him previously at the coroners court, it gave me peace. My daughter Sherri had to start a new job as a prison officer and unfortunately could not attend funeral. We had so many people tell us what a beautiful service it was. I just wanted to say a big thank you, again, for all of your assistance with putting my grandmother’s funeral together. You took the stress out of a not-so-easy day and that meant a lot to me. It’s the little things like making sure we had the singing version of the Latvian National Anthem rather than just the instrumental that count. The other little touches like the book for the attendees to sign, the photos and even the flowers for the burial… everything was presented to us just beautifully at the conclusion of the day.
