We received a quote and confirmation from this company for a furniture removal job from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. Clark’s Removals decided not to do the job but also decided not to notify us of this. We received no phone call or message and only found out that they were not able to do the job when we insistently called them the day before the job was scheduled. Unprofessional and disrespectful and it left us completely in the lurch. Avoid this company at all costs. It would have saved us a lot of hassle if we didn’t bother with Clark’s Removals.
I can highly recommend Clarks Removals. We were very fortunate in choosing this company for our move on Thursday the 17th and Friday the 18th October. Both Colin and Josh arrived fresh and on time and were quick to get into the job. Nothing was a problem for them and they saved us the terrible task of dropping off our rubbish at the tip. We certainly will be recommending them and of course using them ourselves for future moves. They went beyond the call of duty and they have restored our faith and trust in removalists.
