I went to this cafe when i was in parramatta for a job interview. This place has a creative menu. I tried the Ottoman Eggs and i have to say it was delicious. Will def go back again with my husband.

One of my favourite things to do on the weekends is try out new brunch spots, but Circa is one of few that I keep returning to time and time again. My favourite thing to eat there (which you must try if you visit!) is the baked eggs ($19) - a hot pan of free range eggs with runny yolks, sujuk - turkish sausage similar to chorizo but much more delicious in my opinion, danish feta, diced tomatoes, with a hint of chilli on sourdough. One of my favourite things to eat! You won't understand how amazing it is until you try it! They also do great cold drinks like the turkish delight iced milo and the passionfruit soda, and hot drinks like the pot of masala chai. Be prepared to wait for a table on weekends though it is always very very busy, but don't let this deter you because it is absolutely worth it.
