I have used Chocablock for several events and they never fail to deliver.

Each time I receive my order, they always exceed my expectations. They go above and beyond with customer service and ensure that the design is exactly how I envisioned. The entire process from ordering to design to delivery is very professional.

I don't recommend using this business. I ordered chocolates for a first birthday. The order was placed in advance and since the birthday was on the Sunday, Chocanlock Chocolates suggested they should send the parcel on the Monday (next day delivery) and I would get it on the Tuesday. The chocolates didn't arrive on the Tuesday and when I called to ask, they told me they posted it too late in the day. The parcel arrived on Wednesday which would have been fine but the chocolates had the wrong name and age on them! They sent me the name and age that is on their website as the demo! I contacted them and was told they would send the correct ones that day. On Thursday morning I called to make sure they were sent on Wednesday. They hadn't been. So I asked them to please send it now so that I get it the next day. I spoke to a woman that implied she was in charge, she refused to send it in the morning. She told me that all deliveries get taken to the post office just before 5pm. Considering their business is at fault, you would think they would do whatever it takes to rectify their mistake, but no. I knew I wouldn't get it in time if she sent it at 5pm because that's what they told me happened to the first parcel, it was sent too late in the day. I asked them if they could use a courier that delivers on Saturdays but they were not interested in doing anything to rectify their mistake or keep their customers happy. Apparently the parcel was posted on Thursday evening but I never received it. These chocolates were meant to be the thank you gift for guests. The chocolates didn't arrive in the end - don't trust this company.

Claire was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was very responsive to the abundance of questions i had and was very accommodating to the volume of units required. I ordered 420 bars from Chockablock and ordered to receive them at a later date. The chocolates were not only delivered a few days early but comms were once again sent out for update and tracking, constantly giving me peace of mind that the entire process of designing, ordering, paying and delivery was taken care of! And it doesnt hurt that they look and taste amazing also! Would definitely recommend for any special occasion

I ordered and then realised I needed my order quick, this was no issue for your company, your communication and fast action is the best customer experience i have dealt with in a long time, especially since this was a once in a life time moment for my partner and me.

But you came through and WOW you impressed me and my partner and friends who were there for the proposal, these were thank you gifts and everyone was amazed.

Now newly engaged, thank you for your amazing service, excellent product I will forever be a loyal customer and shall sing your praise to all that will listen, but manly thanks for making a special weekend sparkle even more!!

My wedding was in 10 days and I still did not have name tags or bombinares organised.
I heard about chockablock, gave them a call and spoke to a very helpful lady Claire.
I did a draft of what I wanted on my chocolate and with in hours got back to me with a draft.
The 200 chocolate bars where ready with in the week. They looked amazing

Chocablock gave us the most AMAZING service for the conference we have just hosted in Melbourne this week. We had over 500 delegates and had chocolates for each delegate every day of the conference; Lindt bars, Freckles and Toblerones, with our logo and personalised message. Our invited sepakers were thrilled with their personalised chocolate bars, complete with golden tickets. Claire was beyond fantastic; quick response, nothing too much trouble. We ordered with less than 2 weeks to go, and everything arrived perfectly, on time. Love this company; couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We ordered some Wonka Bars for my daughter's birthday, and I was worried about them arriving in the Perth heat. They arrived very quickly in perfect condition, thanks to wonderful packaging, and they even included an ice-block.

Am blown away by their customer service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Brilliant service and product, highly recommended. SO happy with the overall process. Once you choose your design (or send them a custom) - they contact you and send you proofs until you are happy. Your chocolates arrive promptly (or in my case, when I specified) - and are wrapped really well. I was worried about them melting but the wrapping is really efficient with little cool packs. The chocolates themselves are stunning and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I dealt with was great. Thanks so much guys :) :)

I used Chocablock Chocolates for place cards at my wedding which doubled as a gift for the guests. Best service, super quick delivery and professional and friendly staff! The guests were blown away! We were able to match our wedding invite theme to the chocolate wrapper and the design team were so easy to work with and the proof was back to me so quickly!
