Best chicken and chips around. Love chicken chef. The staff are friendly. The salads are always fresh. Love the seafood salad. Value for money at chicken chef.

Stopped in here for some takeaway last week. I havent had chicken chef before so didnt know what to expect. I enjoyed their chips, they were cooked well and the gravy was pretty decent also. Not something I'd have regularly but overall the price you pay is pretty decent for the quality.

Absolutely love the chips from here. I always get the schnitzel hot pack which is packed full of chips, gravy and schnitzel (no veg), it is great value and I have never had one that I haven't enjoyed. Service has always been good for me, but I tend to not go when it is overly busy.

Prices are great, they make the best chips and gravy in the NE area and have a great deal for a chicken roll and drink. A great alternative from the high profile fast food places close by

The food definitely tasted great.. my pack of Mongolian tribe go to this place often, there is a large wait but I always forget to remember to call first wich would be a good idea because I wouldn't be waiting 20 to 30 minutes for my chips and chickens.. the chips are fresh not like alot of the other places in adelaide who only care about profit. fresh chips taste great compared to the frozen stuff alot of others peddle out.

one of the only places in adelaide that still cuts their own chips, if your looking for an old style chips that aren't frozen this is one of the only places in nothern suburbs you can go to. so for chips these guys are great, most of the staff are very friends but there are a few people that work there that could be a bit more polite to their customers and thats the reason I give them 2 stars for service, but if people talking down to you dosnt bother you too much then this is a great place

We order dinner from here a couple of times a month. Their chips are the best we've tasted. I usually ring through my order to save time. Service is quick, even when they are really busy. Most of the staff are very friendly. I don't buy the salads as myself and a family member have had tummy troubles from some of the salads on different occasions. This was a few years ago though, so they may have better standards with the salads now.

Service by the family members is excellent, with a smile and positivity. Service by non-family members could be improved. It is prompt but could be more friendly.
The chips are the best in Adelaide, made fresh on site from potatoes - not pre cut and brought in frozen! They are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, and have awesome flavour!

Excellent hot chips! Great food served fast, large range and variety, great friendly service. The eat-in atmosphere could possibly be improved but all other factors make up for it.

chicken chef is an amazing shop to buy great food it was good but the service was better than the actual food
