Will never be returning !
Went to get my hair cut and styled to attend a wedding later on the same day. I showed the hair dresser two example photos and she confirmed that she would be able to create the same hair styles.
The hairdresser told me she was finished & I said to her but this looks nothing like I asked and she was to me that's the best she could do .. my hair was blow dried straight and that was it. I was devastated and left immediately. I then had to call another hair salon to get it fixed - I was so angry and upset because I missed the wedding ceremony getting my hair redone my some one.
You truly get what you pay for.

It took me a year to grow out poorly cut layers only to have them re-cut today after specifically saying I wanted long layers, very disapointed with the cut it has just been hacked at & there is no blending between the layers at all. So looks like I have another year of bad hair ahead. The colour was ok though. Also it was not a very inviting atmosphere.
I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone or going back.

Haneen did an absolutely lovely job on my hair today. After a very relaxing hair shampoo and head massage she asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I wanted a change and was not quite sure what I wanted. She offered a suggestion which I went with and it turned out exactly as she described. Thanks Haneen, it looks amazing.

Worst $80 I ever spent! If you are looking a salon that it well organized and professional, this is not the place. I got a full set of eyelash extensions. After getting them done they looked terrible and uneven. One particular staff member had only put about 10 eyelashes on each eye which was ridiculous looking. Not to mention, they all fell off in 2 days. After calling the salon back and explaining what happened, they offered me a credit which I could use for eyebrow threading. This place is very unprofessional. A staff member told me that I could have 4 eyebrow threads (which I wrote down and date stamped the day I spoke to her as I had a feeling this would happen). On my first visit back, another staff member had no idea what I was talking about as it hadn't even been noted down anywhere and on the second visit the staff member that had done my eyelashes to begin with told me I was only given 2 eyebrow threads. I had it written down but couldn't even be bothered arguing as the service was so terrible I didn't want to come back. Furthermore, after writing this review I was contacted by a staff member of the business who was not apologetic but instead trying to hound me about my opinion and placing blame on me for their terrible service. Harassment much?

Absolutely amazing job they done.i purchased a Groupon deal voucher for full head foils and facial &eyelash tint last year . I will going back to the salon to done my hair again .chenelles one of the best salon I've ever been :) :) :) Great job.

Very lovely small clean Salon. I purchased a groupon voucher & I had never been there before. Carol was very nice & Jules was fantastic, her work was amazing and very experienced as I had half head of foils, she selected the colours for me & to my surprise I am so happy with the result, would definately be back. I've had so many compliments on my hair - Thank you so much Jules! One very happy customer - that's for sure!!

Great Therapist, makes Waxing a breeze & Carol makes sure her customers are comfortable. I do all my waxing, threading & hair. Girls are lovely & a very down to earth Salon.

Amazing Facials, I had the Diamond facial & loved it. The beauty therapist is very good. Prices are reasonable. Small salon but great work. They also do Hair, Make-up, basically a One Stop Shop. Friendly & most of all they listen to what we want. Very happy.

Very happy with chenelles hair &beauty, services was excellent. I had my hair done base colour with half head of foils,cut ,treatment and blowdry .I was looking for a good hairdresser as my regular one moved away .Tried lots of but never gets what I was keen for . Finally, I found a place .Owner was nice and friendly ,I had my hair done by kim ,great hairdresser she chose my hair colour,beautiful cut outcome was excellent!!!!!! I had a lots of comments on my hair colour and cut which made me to put these comments on .Good on u girls.i will see u guys back thank u very much:)

Experienced stylists who care for you and very friendly. Had the best hair colour and foils and an amazing blowdry. Ask for jules if you want a good blow dry. I would sum it up as small neat& tidy salon. Dont forget to try their eyebrow threading and Shellac for $15 .

Excellent Facials... small place but neat & clean. Had a deep cleanse facial and was very happy with the outcome. Very friendly staff who take the time to discuss what is best for you. Finished off with a herbal tea. Will definitely be back.

Walked into the salon & thought Omg but left feeling great. Salon is small but neat & clean. Hair stylists are are great & u get what u ask for. Very pleased and have been doing my hair and beauty there for the last year after I purchased a Groupon deal. Very friendly and talented ladies salon.

Had my full head of foils done, absolutely what I was looking for. These stylists are really good. Amazing job. Had my eyebrows threaded & legs waxed . Found my one stop shop. Small shop but neat & tidy. See u soon & thanks once again.

I discussed with the owner about how I wanted my hair cut, the owner showed me a book and it was noted that I my hair would need to be longer for the style but we would work towards it, I was adamant that I didn't want the sides cut short, this was showed to the person that cut it who then proceeded to hack my hair off short including the sides and fringe which is also very short and cannot be disgusted, she also gave me the coloured foils she thought and not what I asked for. Her attitude to my complaint about the cut was very poor. My hair looks very bad today. She needs to remember who's hair it is and what she thinks looks better is not always what the CLIENT thinks is better. I will never go back to the shop which is a shame as I have thought I had found a one stop hair and beauty shop.

My daughter & myself just had our hair done. Absolute amazing job done. Small salon, friendly staff. Don't b put off by reading bad reviews as I just witnessed a lady who absolutely came in there to give them a bloody hard time. These girls r amazing. I will surely go back. Very good with their work.

I purchased a Our Deal voucher for 1/2 head foils, I had never been there before, I am so glad I found this salon, they have amazing stylists. I was very happy and haven been back for a few more cuts & colours. They are also excellent eyebrow threaders. Very friendly.

I bought a voucher on Ourdeal.com.au for a full head of foils, nourishing moroccan oil treatment and a luxurious style cut and blow dry. I have never been at chenelle's before but I have checked their website before acquiring the voucher. The website looked good and professionally. At the arrival huge surprise was waiting for me. The so called beauty salon is a small, crowded and dirty place. There was no air con ant the place is generally very run down. The was very friendly and pleasant but straight away i could see that there was only one girl with some experience. Regardless I have decided to stay and give it a try. I already paid for it after all. When I asked to have foils done in two colors, blonde and brown I was informed I have to pay extra €35. Big disappointment as I already bought the more expensive voucher to be able to get treatment I wanted. I also explained how I usually have my foils done ( fine and many). Unfortunately the girl that was doing it was a still learning! She tried hard but the plucks of hair was big and uneven and she never took care to apply die on my roots. Eventually I asked her do be more thorough but it was already too late. After washing my hair i suppose to get the treatment but I don't think I did. When the time arrived to give me that luxurious cut and I tried to explain what I want. I end up with my ends cut little bit and I didn't insisted of getting proper hair style as I already knew that she had no idea how to cut hair and was scared to work on my hair. I knew it was better to just leave it instead of getting it wrong.
All in all I paid for all €105 and went afterwards to another hairdresser and got my haircut! The highlights are nothing like I wanted so have to schedule appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. Shame! I learn my lesson and I will never do it again. I do not recommend Chenelle's especially to get your hair done.

I purhcased a $39 Cudo voucher for a facial & eyelash tint. I had never been to Chenelles and though it is not your fancy day spa, I found the service exceptional, warm and friendly staff and although the facial was what I had years ago, with steam treatment etc, it was one of the best I had ever had. If you are after an enclosed quiet dark room with rain forest music, warm blankets etc, this is not the spa for you. If however you are after an affordable facial with Dermalogia products by an experienced and friendly therapist, give Chenelles a try.
