I recently received my HPV vaccination at Chemist Warehouse, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Anita, the immuniser, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

Great store, very big with alot of products and options. Found the layout of the shop a big strange and untidy. After a bit of wandering around I approached a staff member for help to find things. Prices are good though.
Best discount chemist hands down. A little difficult is shopping with a pram as they only have stairs. Super friendly staff and the chemists there are always helpful.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very easy to shop and save on items which are normally expensive. It was great for me to get advise on using my prescriptions correctly, and staff explained which products are the best for use in winter. I will definately be returning to this outlet the next time I need a chemist.

absolute worst customer service i've ever received in a chemist - no indivdualised service, waited almost 15 minutes at counter whilst people who came up later than me got served first. Sure they may have better prices, but surely it doesnt take much to smile and greet customers in a reasonable amount of time.
