Left waiting for medication They said they called my name and even though i stood next to the collection counter I didn’t hear them. There needs to be a better system. I was left waiting and only when i asked as to what’s happening to my prescription did i finally get the medication Explanation was that they are very busy. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Can’t even give one star. Potentially the worst chemist I have been to. They are all about making money. Will not respect repeats. Sorry Sir I linked you have 4 repeats but please come back in 10 days and spend more money for us, because we are here to make profit before serving our customers.

Typical discount store, has plenty of products but no service. This store is convenient to me but if there was another I would go to it. Spent 15 mins waiting while 2 staff beside were talking about their staff party. I left without buying the product I needed.

A great place to for all your chemist needs if you know what it is that you want. They have all the gear you get from other chemists, just more choice and cheap prices.
Great prices and quite a good range of items. They were out of stock of a few times I went there but overall, you can get most of your items here cheaper than elsewhere.
Large store & choice of brands. However could not find the vitamin brand I was after. Service was lacking. No one asked me if I wanted assistance, I was there for 20 minutes.

possible have the cheapest prices i have seen in a chemist for a long time, it is a little bit far away for me, but when I am over that way I will always go there
I use them for a prescription I get which is a few dollars cheaper than other chemists in the area- worth the drive for. Quite a few toiletries are priced substantially cheaper. Although some items show a high 'regular price' giving a false saving in a way.
They were very quick with my scripts and offered me the generic brand wherever they could. They offered me advice on the medications and asked if I had any questions.
I recently shopped here and saved a fortune. Their regularly priced products are always at least $2-3 cheaper than regular chemists and their specials are amazing! The staff are helpful despite this being a warehouse and not a small chemist, although not always as knowledgeable as small chemists.
I bought a Givenchy fragrance from here-one that I have been using for years. It gave me a rash and the packaging was not the same as Myer or the other places I have bought it from...these are counterfeit fragrances
This chemist has an excellent range of vitamins and beauty products, however staff knowledge is limited and varied. When purchasing something for my Daughters Cold, they couldn't provide me with good advice on what product to purchase and I ended up with one that I chose from past experience. Prices are fantastic though and I will continue to shop here - but I'll research my purchases from home.
What a find, at long last a company who under cuts chemists and in so doing saves all who shop for items normally only found in pharmacies. Pharmacies have had it good for too long and now along comes a company who brings a little sanity to products that used to be exclusively sold by pharmacies.
