UNHELPFUL and dishonest. Has pop up windows advertising free shipping for orders over $51.00 then charges $12.95 on a $74.00 order. Chemist Direct is also know as Pharmacy Online and the help lines are answered by rude unhelpful staff.

Chemist Direct is also know as Pharmacy Online - Took time to support this online store, only to receive a fraction of what I ordered. They do not have stock on hand that they advertise. A $270 order ended up only getting $80 worth of product. Only good for apologies. Better online sites than this.

If you sign up to their newsletter there are always specials, sales and free delivery days. I normally try to wait for a sale and buy in bulk. its cheaper than getting the free delivery.
they also have a clearance section where you can pick up some samples for free or a few dollars depending on what is available. So make sure you check out that section before you pay.

Chemist Direct offers a great range of products at prices that are comparable to Chemist Warehouse. It looks like they have addressed their delivery problems and now my orders turn up within a week (I usually get an email notification stating they have been dispatched on the same day that I order). Very glad to see they have done this so now it makes it really worthwhile ordering from them. Plus, if you add your email address to their mailing list then they let you know when they offer free shipping (usually on Fridays) so you can take advantage of this if you wish.
Convenience and price, the shipping is really cheap and it's almost next day delivery! Sometimes it is better to go into the Chemist Warehouse stores to see if what they have in stock is cheaper, but Chemist Direct also stock some things that they don't sell in store. Either way, the other I did was delivered within a day with great prices.

To get the most savings you really need to stock up on everything and spend over $150 so you don't have to pay shipping. otherwise your shipping costs kinda defeat the savings..

Chemist Direct provides good value for money for various pharmaceutical products. Pricing is about twenty percent than what you will pay in a pharmacy which is nice when you need to buy a lot of pharmaceuticals. Delivery is quite fast as well.
