Pay the extra money for a competitor. Leading up to the move, after paying a deposit, their mobile said they had inbound call restrictions for more than a week and their landline was disconnected. After not being able to get ahold of them, and reading other reviews of them ghosting clients on the day of the move, I had to ring another moving company in a panic as I had no faith they would show up. When my partner put a review online, I was called from a personal number saying they were updating their servers and why would we put that online. I cancelled on that call and am now being told that as a part of their refund process I need to take my review down before the’ll refund my deposit. Everything screams dodgy.

They were very open about rescheduling pick-ups, changing locations, etc. The items were picked up and delivered in great shape and a lot earlier than promised. They were able to fit even more boxes than what was originally agreed upon. The guys were extremely helpful and did a great job moving and unloading. They always let people know where they were and were reachable by mobile phone. Overall, we had a very smooth and easy move, and we are very happy with their service. Very dependable and talented team.
