Had a colorbond gate installed at the side of my house. Charles was able to come and quote whilst I was at work, which was very handy. On the day of the install he wasn't there, instead there were two guys who could hardly speak english to do the job. This turned out to be very frustrating because I was trying to clarify the height of the gate before they proceeded and they couldn't understand what I wanted. I even clarified this with Charles before the job. As a result, the gate sits too high to what I asked for. Email responses also took a while.
