I have to say that the Jim Chaillon Auto staff were very courteous, professional and seemingly competent in their explanations and the workshop was clean and tidy compared to other shops I have visited in the past. The entire process from the way they took my booking, called me before they fixed anything, broke down the work completed and parts replaced and walked me through the repairs on collection was very thorough and put my mind at ease.
