I rented an apartment through Century 21 in Brighton and would not recommend using them at all! I had 3 different agents managing the property I was living in over the course of 10 months! They never let me know when the second left and the third started and she didn't issue a notice to vacate 90 days before the end of my fixed term tenancy as required by law. She also managed to stuff up the bond release forms by not signing them! A very bad experience sadly.
