Staff are understanding to peoples needs. Centrelink systems always mixes up files with details and circumstances. Parking close by is ok, but is across the road and can be difficult for those with disabilities. Public transport near by is pathetic. Its a long walk from the train station or bus stops. For majority of people requiring centrelink services that use public transport, there should be a closer bus stop, or a free shuttle bus from the station . Waiting times are always long, 30 mins - an hour. Perhaps more staff would be handy.
