After too much work and putting serious pressure on my shoulders I decided to take a day off work and have a good massage. On arrival I was offered a bottle of water and of course I accepted it. The massage room was very clean and the massage itself was incredible. I had undergone a 1 hour deep tissue massage and I will definately be back.
