Efficient and high quality
After being referred to Robert by 3 other people, we were finally able to use his services to re-paint our deck. From first contact, he was helpful and quick! Within 3 days we had a quote and the work done. He is extremely reasonably priced and produced a quick but high quality result for us! Will definitely use him again and refer him to friends and family!

We recently hired Robert from Celestial Colours to paint our single storey home which was in need of a little facelift and touch up, with plans for selling down the track. From the get go, Robert was a professional with his open and honest advice on how best to carry out the work and the process of what parts of the home would be taken care of first which allowed us to organise our lives accordingly. Robert was always open in his communication with when he would be arriving for the day's work and the next steps in the job. Our fees are based on the size, preparation and type of materials needed and used to carrie out the job to industry standart levels to insure client's satisfaction.
What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?
Deposit is not required, however progress payments are required depending on the size of the job.

We are 100% honest!. We will offer ideas and counsel our clients on what's best for them even at the expense of not getting the job. We look out for our potential clients.
What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?
Our public liability is with Allianz and are covered for up to $20,000,000.
How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?
This depends on the size of the job. A bedroom can be done in 1 day, a single 4 bedroom house in 4-6 days, a double story 5 bedroom house in about 2 weeks, all depends on there being a colour change, the amount of preparation required and the drying time between coats.

Depending on the size of the job we offer between 5 % and 20% discount. If needed, we provide advice on what needs to be done rather than what the client wants done, which helps to keep within a budget.
